And in the event you need help, our team is on hand to assist. Our extended warranties preserve your investment over time and allow you to keep your device at its optimal level of productivity and efficiency.

1. Value+
Our Value+ contracts are packed with features to ensure your machine and business are protected. It includes our advanced Roland DG Connect diagnostics and predictive breakdown support systems to monitor your machine and system performance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This makes sure that everything is working as expected and it will notify you if there are
firmware or software updates to bring you the latest features. In case of any errors or predicted faults, we can alert you in advance and take corrective action before your machine and your business comes to a stop. All machines need a little TLC from time to time, so at month 9 of the contract you will receive a Self-Maintenance Parts Kit to perform the recommended preventative maintenance with simple to follow instructions. If a problem occurs, our suite of advanced connected digital support tools allows you to get help when you need it. Our intuitive ChatBot can answer your questions and help repairing a number of faults at a time convenient to you, day or night. If you need further support, you can raise a case and one of our technical support engineers will contact you within 8 working hours. Our technical support engineers can fix over 65% of issues over the phone, email or myRoland customer service portal. Spare parts and Roland DG Care engineer visit are not included in the Value+ contract. If spare parts are needed, these will be sent with a 25% discount on SRP. Users should be able to replace
them with remote assistance but if an engineer is needed on site, a discounted call out fee to cover travel and labour will be applied at £275.00. With a 98% on-site first-time fix rate you’ll be back up and running within 5 working days.

2. Bronze
Our Bronze contract includes all the features of our Value+ contracts. Our factory trained, accredited Roland DG Care engineers will visit you once a year (at month 9 of the contract) to check your machine and systems, perform recommended preventative maintenance procedures and offer training and advice. If you need further support our technicians will contact you within 4 working hours after a case is raised. If needed, they can dispatch userreplaceable spare parts with remote fitting assistance, or organise a visit from a Roland DG Care engineer within 4 working days. All technical support, spare parts, and engineer call outs are included as standard giving you peace of mind for an all-inclusive monthly cost.

3. Silver
Sign up for our Silver contract and enjoy all the benefits of Value+ and Bronze. If you need support our technicians will contact you within 3 working hours after a case is raised. If needed, they can dispatch userreplaceable spare parts with remote fitting assistance, or organise a visit from a Roland DG Care engineer within 2 working days. The Silver Contract includes a 2.5% Loyalty Discount on your annual renewal every year (maximum 10%). It also includes a subscription to Roland DG Connect Professional. 4. Gold
Sign up for our Gold contract and enjoy all the benefits of Value+, Bronze and Silver. If you need support, our technicians will contact you within one working hour after a case is raised. If needed, our technicians can dispatch user-replaceable spare parts with remote fitting assistance or organise a visit on site the next working day. Our factory trained, accredited Roland DG Care engineers will visit twice per year (at month 5 and month 10 of the contract) to check your machine and systems, perform recommended preventative maintenance procedures and offer training and advice as needed. As a Gold Contract customer, you will also benefit from a 2.5% Loyalty Discount on your annual renewal every year (maximum 10%). It also includes a subscription to Roland DG Connect Professional. 5. Platinum
The Platinum contract is our ultimate cover for mission-critical operations. With ‘next free agent’ technical support, and ‘next morning’ engineering visits your priorities are our priorities.
Our factory trained, accredited Roland DG Care engineers will visit twice per year (at month 3 and month 9 of the contract) to check your machine and systems, perform recommended preventative maintenance procedures and offer training and advice as needed. Platinum customers receive a complimentary VW-S1 colour matching and fingerprinting device to ensure consistent and predictable colour output to satisfy the requirements of even the most demanding customer. As a Platinum customer, you’ll also benefit from a 2.5% Loyalty Discount on your annual renewal every year (maximum 10%). You’ll also receive a subscription to Roland DG Connect Premium.
